Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand service, which means items are produced individually once an order is placed. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing & Fulfilment Time
Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it is dispatched.

Shipping Within the UK
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Once your item has been produced, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the print provider and your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the item and the print provider used. In some cases, your order may arrive in separate parcels if it includes products from different fulfilment centres.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we may be able to reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
